How far in advance should I book?

For standard airport transfers, 24-48 hours is sufficient. For golf event weeks (AT&T Pro-Am, U.S. Open) and Monterey Car Week, book 4-6 months in advance — our fleet sells out.

Are rates truly all-inclusive?

Yes. Your quoted rate includes the base fare, fuel surcharge, all applicable taxes, tolls, gratuity, and meet-and-greet. The only additions would be extra stops you add later or wait time beyond 60 complimentary minutes.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. We offer single-invoice corporate billing, dedicated account managers, preferred rates, and detailed monthly reporting. Email reservations@globalluxuryride.com to open an account.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard service: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Event-week and long-distance bookings may have non-refundable deposits — disclosed at the time of quote.

Do you serve outside California?
